Data we collect
When you use the quote request form, we receive the information you enter (name, email, phone, company, project description) and the files you attach.
How we use it
This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a quote. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
Storage and retention
Requests and files are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare, data centres in the European Union) and deleted no later than 24 months after our last exchange, unless an order requires us to keep them longer (accounting obligations).
Client area and Google sign-in
If you sign in to the client area with Google, we only receive your name, your email address (verified by Google) and your profile photo. They are used to pre-fill the form and show the history of your requests. We never see your password or any other Google data. Signing in is optional: the form works without an account.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or the contact form.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies or trackers. If you sign in to the client area, a secure technical cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days; it is removed when you sign out.
